Five months and no posts.

 

In July I was obviously struggling, although I felt good about my weight loss and energy level.  And then ... since then, I've been struggling  I've gained about 10 lbs. back and I'm sick about it. 

 

Here I am faced with yet another New Year and a New Year's Resolution.  Same ol' resolution as the past - loss weight, get fit.  Sigh.  But this year ... 2007 ... this is the year that I reach my goal.  No excuses.  I can do it.  I deserve to do it.  I want to do it!
